Genellikle miras yolu ile kalan gayrimenkullerde yani terekede kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bu durum, i\u015ftirak halindeki m\u00fclkiyet olarak da bilinir. Herhangi bir payda\u015f ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r veya ta\u015f\u0131nmaz maldaki ortakl\u0131\u011fa son verilerek ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bitirilmesini talep edebilir.
