Konu ile ilgili yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki, en k\u0131sa mobbing s\u00fcresi 6 ay, genelde ortalama s\u00fcre 15 ay, s\u00fcrecin kal\u0131c\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r etkilerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem ise, 29-46 ayd\u0131r.
